Angella Foster....
began her training at the Kentucky Repertory Dance Theater under the direction fo Sue Champion. Angella holds a B.A. in Dance Performance / Choreography from Hope College and participated in the Professional Training Program at the Merce Cunningham Dance Studio. Angella has performed the works of numerous choreographers including Steven Iannacone, Randall Flinn, Steve Rooks, Clay Taliaferro, Ed Tyler, Joe Poulson, Nejla Yatkin and Colleen Thomas. She has also danced with Ad Deum Cance Company in Houston, Texas. Her choreography has been performed in New York City, Washington, D.C., Houston, Atlanta, and Moscow, Russia. Angella earned her M.F.A. in Dance Choreography from the University of Maryland, College Park and is currently President / Artistic Director of Alight Dance Theater. She is a regular guest choreographer for Refuge Dance Company.
